During the upgrade an error was uncovered that was preventing the VCSA management services from starting properly. This error has been resolved, however other errors are preventing the upgrade process from continuing related to a bug in the current release of the management software.

Currently all systems are stable, and online. Engineering will open a support case with VMWare to continue the upgrade process at a later date.

Scheduled

We will be upgrading the primary instance of VMWare VCenter to the latest version. Should the update fail in any way a rollback plan is in place.

During this time horizon desktops and apps will be unavailable while we migrate data to the updated instance of VCenter.
